Refund and Cancellation
Alchorid is customer-centric and believes in having a healthy relationship with their customers. Our customers are important; keeping this mind, the terms and conditions related to refunds, replacements or cancellations are listed as under.
For Domestic Orders
Our policies are very customer friendly. In case you are not happy with or disliked a product and would like to return it, you can do so without any doubts and hassles. There will be no questions asked and we ensure no trouble is caused. You can return the product within 30 days from placing the order.
If the delivered product is damaged or broken or in case you receive the wrong product, we will pick up the product and get it replaced too.
For International Orders
Cancellations and return of products are not available.
Checks are undertaken by Alchorid while accepting an exchange product from its customer
At the time of pick-up, a check will be done on the product for the conditions listed below:
(I) Correct Product
The name/IMEI/image/ bar code/serial number/article number must match. The MRP tag must be intact and visible.
(II) Full Product
The in-the-box content must be completely present.
(III) Unused Product
The product must not be used and soiled. The quality check and warranty seals should not be tampered with.
(IV) Undamaged Product and packaging
The product must not be damaged and the original packaging must be undamaged.

Alchorid understands the value of your purchase and dedicates itself to make your shopping experience a delightful one!
All the products sold at Alchorid are 100% genuine and new. In case you get a damaged or defective or wrong product, our Returns policy takes care of it. You could get either a replacement or an exchange or a complete refund.
Replacement
In case the product you receive is ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ or is ‘Not as Described’, you can request for a replacement without any additional cost. Before you purchase or initiate any return, kindly have a look at the return policy on our product page. Replacement can be done based on the availability of stock. If the specific product not available and is out of stock, a full refund will be provided with no questions asked.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with the item delivered to you then, you can request an exchange, all this again, at no extra cost. Be sure to check the Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund and no questions will be asked.
